- The journey between Pinhão and Tua and back to Régua takes place on the Douro Historical Train and is undertaken using a traditional locomotive (steam-powered, diesel-burning) from the 1920s, towing 5 historic carriages, also from the same period.
- This programme only includes assistance during the cruise. After disembarking, passengers should go to the Pinhão Railway Station to enjoy the trip on the Historic Train.
